Offer Contract
This document "Offer Contract" (hereinafter – the Contract) is an official public contract concluded between the individual entrepreneur (hereinafter – the Seller) and the physical or legal person (hereinafter – the Buyer), interested in purchasing goods, and represents an official public offer of the Seller to conclude a contract for the supply of goods.
Goods and Definition of Prices for Them(1)
1.1. The Seller provides the possibility for the Buyer to purchase the goods presented on the Seller's website.
1.2. Prices for each item are indicated on the Seller's website. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods without prior notice. Changes come into force from the date of their publication on the Seller's website. Prices for goods are indicated in US dollars and do not include the value-added tax.
Purchase of Goods(2)
2.1. The Buyer places an order to purchase the goods that he/she selected on the Seller's website. Payment is made on the conditions established in the "Payment" section on the Seller's website.
2.2. The Seller undertakes to confirm the order, having received notification from the Buyer and to contact the Buyer to clarify the details related to the delivery of the goods.
2.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the specified address in accordance with the agreed time frames with the Buyer.
2.4. In case the delivery of goods is impossible due to reasons depending on the Seller, the Buyer is notified of this.
2.5. If delivery of goods is impossible due to reasons depending on the Buyer, the Seller returns the cost of the goods, minus the expenses associated with delivery.
Responsibility and Notifications(3)
3.1. The Seller is responsible for the goods until they are received by the Buyer.
3.2. The Seller has the right to send a notification to the Buyer at his/her email address, informing about changes in the Contract, tariffs or other service conditions.
Full Responsibility(4)
4.1. The Contract is a lawful agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to adhere to the conditions of the Contract in full.
4.3. In case of violation of the Contract conditions, the Seller bears full responsibility.
